Officially, Metro Manila has the worst traffic in the world.

Despite of all the efforts of the government to ease the traffic situation in the metro, this is what a survey says.

Waze, a mobile app that has the world’s largest community-based traffic and navigation, recently surveyed its 50 million users’ driving experience in 32 countries and 167 metro areas around the world to create the world’s first “Driver Satisfaction Index”. Simply just rating the drivers’ experience from 1 to 10, being “1” for miserable.

Waze studies the traffic level, road quality, accidents, drivers’ services and the impact of gas prices to the economy.

Its’ result was astonishing, Manila scored 0.4. Maybe we should consider asking the French since Rennes is at the top of the list.
