OMG! Lady Restaurant owner/Service crew almost stabbed by an arrogant customer!
Ayeen Valdezco-Regalado that attends as a service crew on their own restaurant post this on her facebook account.She shares her experience with an arrogant customer that she says almost stabbed her with a knife on her eyes for the reason that the customer had mistaken the “Liempo” served to them was a “Porkchop”.
Having a business particularly on food industry, owners must be always ready for negative feedback and worst scenarios. It is essential to be patient especially when dealing with customers.
But in some cases as Ayeen articulates on her post “There are people who are still living with the "CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT" principle. Unfortunately, that doesn't apply here.”
