The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority or better known as TESDA an agency that manages and supervises technical education and skills development in the Philippines in offering various free online programs.


Open to anyone interested, courses can be learned wherever you are and at the time of your choice. 

Although you can’t have credit from the courses that you took, you can definitely take an assessment examination at a TESDA assessment center to receive a training certificate.
