Recently posted on YouTube, this video shows a baby found on a trash bag with umbilical cord and mother’s placenta still attached is being rescued by passers-by.

The video was said to be from the Philippines, but carefully hearing the voices on the video it is believed to be from Phnom Penh in Cambodia.

Miraculously the baby is still alive and treated delicately.
