OMG! Traffic Enforcer shot on the head by a Securty Guard!

A 60 year old traffic enforcer was shot on the head by a bank security guard in Quezon City during a clearing operation for Mabuhay lane on EDSA corner West Avenue.


Based on the report, the shooting happens after a heated argument between the traffic enforcer and the security guard.

It is said that the security guard became aggravated when the enforcer towed his motorcycle.

The Security Guard who was identified as Alex Batacan and was arrested by QCPD Station 2.

Traffic Enforcer Enrique Fresnido later died at the Quezon City General Hospital.
