Watch: Mauled woman complains while police officer keeps playing COC on his phone!

Complaining that she was accused of stealing, a 17 year old girl approached the police station of Balibago complex after she was surrounded and mauled by vendors outside a mall.

But according to police and barangay officers this is just a “modus operandi” by vendors, that if you didn’t buy from them they will plant evidence on you for them to have enough reason to attack you.

Although the assigned police officer is talking to the complainant, he’s not looking at the girl and continuously using  his phone playing "Clash of Clans".

Netizens are raged and saying that this is not the right treatment that people expect from police officers when solving a crime.
