A fellow rider with a camera on his helmet captured a man riding a motorcycle on a busy street with an unusual passenger, a dog, untied on the backseat.

By this, he’s not only ignoring his safety and the dog, but as well the safety of other motorists.

He’s also not wearing a helmet.
