The 2015 Ms. Universe Coronation Night is truly the most controversial in its history. The host initially announced Ms. Colombia to be this year’s most beautiful and talented woman in the universe! But wait! The host proclaimed the wrong name! The winner based on the official scorecard is none other than Ms. Philippines’ Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach!

The joy and excitement of the thought for back to back win for Colombia is just short-lived. After the crown and flowers has been bestowed upon Miss Columbia Ariadna Gutierrez,  the event host made a clarification and asked for forgiveness from all of the audience present in the coronation night, Ms. Colombia have to give up her crown to the rightful winner – Ms. Philippines. The host even showed to the camera the scorecard which bears the top 3 winners of the 2015 Ms. Universe.

This left the audience at lost! The usual winner’s walk was not executed as Ms. Universe 2015 – Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach was escorted out of the stage.
